When you ask UW Moving for an estimate — by phone at (888) 278-9005 or through a form on this site — we collect only what a move requires: your name, contact details, the move date, and your pickup and drop-off addresses. Our site also logs routine technical data like your IP address and browser through standard analytics.
Why we collect it

- To follow up on your request and answer questions along the way
- To read site analytics as totals only, never to single out a visitor
Who sees it
Only the people working your move and the handful of services we run on — a scheduler, a payment processor, and our analytics. For interstate moves, we file whatever federal rules require. We never sell or rent your information, and we never feed it into ad targeting.
Your choices
Your details stay on file only as long as the move and recordkeeping rules require. Ask any time to review, correct, or delete your file, except what the law obliges us to keep. Switch cookies off in your browser and the site still works.
